The first French vitivoltaic power station combining vineyards and solar panels was inaugurated on Thursday in Tresserre (Pyrénées-Orientales department) as part of an experimental project, as noted by an AFP correspondent. It is the “world’s first agrivoltaic demonstration system with remotely controlled panels” that is able to meet the needs of the plant, explains Antoine Nogier, founder of Sun’R, the company that manages the project.
