The world’s first agrivoltaic power plant, located in the Aspres region, places vines under remote-controlled solar panels, while awaiting the first grapes of the future in 2021.
Covering vines with photovoltaic shading is not such a far-fetched idea, but it becomes far more complex to implement when it is the plant that decides on the orientation of the panels, so that they can be adjusted in accordance with the path of the sun.
